Prospex Works is a project that aims to support and encourage Young People who are not in any form of education or employment, to have the confidence to better themselves by developing the necessary skills and experience to find the direction and career they want to follow. We believe in the Young People we come into contact with and the potential they have yet to realise.
This started with community painting projects to engaging Young People in practical paid work. The first project was painting garage doors and led to other projects including painting community halls.
This has led to the development of Prospex Works Placement Schemes which consist of 4-6 weeks work experience places for Young People who have left school, this aims to give them a wide range of experience within a working environment.
These schemes have led to seeing real long term change in the Young People we work with.

These aims:
