Dear All

I have had a huge amount of pleasure in building and leading Prospex over the last 8 years, but it is time to hand over the reins and move on to new challenges and continue to live the dream in other ways.

It’s something that I have been thinking about for a while, and knew on my return from my sabbatical, but feel that now is the right time.

From the 16^th June 2008 I will be handing the leadership of Prospex over to the exceptionally gifted and talented Richard Frankland (Beef) who I’m sure you all know has been working with and connected to Prospex for some time.

I have every faith and know that I am leaving it in very safe hands and that Beef will take the organisation to new heights, enabling Prospex to continue to radically support the young people of our world today.

I am in the process of forming my own consultancy which I’m hoping will be able to engage and empower many other youth workers and projects in resourceful and creative youth work serving the young people of our nation in the way that they need; providing the support necessary to enable young people to realise their own potential.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support over the years in getting Prospex to where it is and ask for your continued support not only for Prospex but Beef and the team in the future.
