By the time you read this Beef will have completed his swimming of 22 miles over February. It has been a challenge but he has got quicker, fitter and even lost a bit of weight whilst raising a bit of money for Prospex. It's still not too late to make a donation.

Others are considering jumping out of a plane for us!!! More details soon if you would like to join them, and the Three Peak Challenge is being considered by others.
