The cooking project has run for four sessions so far, it takes place at the Boston community centre two hours before the club opens and it has been extremely successful.
The girls made home made burgers for a BBQ at the re launch of the Boston Thursday night youth club.
All the food that is made at the cooking sessions is shared with the young people at the youth club that evening.
The girls are now able to work through the recipe and method on their own.
One week the girls made flapjacks and the few that were left over were given to the community hall to be shared out at the bingo evening'¦the bingo goers were very pleased and told Prospex to thank the girls who cooked them'¦.we have enough money for two more sessions'¦.the last one being the end of year youth club night where we hope to make something special for the young people for a Christmas celebration.
