Prospex Works
Prospex Works aims to support and encourage Young People who are not in any form of education or employment, to gain the confidence to better themselves by developing the necessary skills and experience to find the direction and career they want to follow.
The majority of the young people we work with have few or no qualifications so this is a vital stage in giving them a true taste of work and showing them that they have something to offer.
There are three streams to this project; the Placement Scheme, Prospex Works Lifeskills and Job Club.

HFI (Homes for Islington) have now started a six week rolling work placement scheme this follows the success of these placements with ICSL Accord. Aurick Scaffolding have also taken on one placement and will teach them the trade and give all the training required. We are very grateful for these are they are really making a difference in young peoples lives. If you are interested in offering work placements get in touch With Maxine who will tell you more.
