Prospex Works
Prospex Works aims to support and encourage Young People who are not in any form of education or employment, to gain the confidence to better themselves by developing the necessary skills and experience to find the direction and career they want to follow.
The majority of the young people we work with have few or no qualifications so this is a vital stage in giving them a true taste of work and showing them that they have something to offer.
There are three streams to this project; the Placement Scheme, Prospex Works Lifeskills and Job Club.

There are other placements on the go as well and this is proving a really successful part of the project. If you feel you could offer a work placement for young people get in touch with Max. This can make a huge impact on a young persons life.
